Collecting "wild" water in Niigata, Japan

Just outside of Niigata in Northwestern Japan, there is a wonderful spring next to an old temple. We drove out today (January 7, 2009) and collected some in large glass bottles that we just purchased. Afterwards, we went soaking in some hot springs nearby. An excellent day...!
